Plan Features Comparison

- Includes: Full feature access for 14 days
- Limitations: Lower usage limits
- After trial: Upgrade to continue, or data is retained (read-only)
Starter Plan
Section titled “Starter Plan”- Best for: Small websites, personal projects, startups
- Includes: Essential features for basic protection
- Limitations: Limited properties and decoys
Pro Plan
Section titled “Pro Plan”- Best for: Growing businesses, multiple websites, agencies
- Includes: Higher limits, priority support
- Limitations: Contact sales for higher volumes
Enterprise Plan

Selecting a Subscription Plan

- Scroll to the Plans section
- Review the available plans and their features
Choosing the Right Plan

Upgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Upgrading Your Plan”From Trial to Paid Plan
Section titled “From Trial to Paid Plan”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade next to your desired plan
- You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout
- Enter your payment information
- Complete the purchase
- Your plan is active immediately
From Starter to Pro
Section titled “From Starter to Pro”If you already have a paid subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription or Upgrade
- You’ll be taken to the Stripe Billing Portal
- Select your new plan
- Charges are prorated automatically
Annual vs. Monthly Billing

Trial Period

Viewing Trial Status

- Look for the Trial Status section
- See:

Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”Accessing Billing Management
Section titled “Accessing Billing Management”- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- View your current subscription status
- Access the Stripe Billing Portal for advanced management
Changing Your Plan
Section titled “Changing Your Plan”Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade or Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Proration: You’ll be credited for unused time on your current plan
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan in the Stripe portal
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Effective: At the end of your current billing period
- Check limits: Ensure you’re within the new plan’s limits
Canceling Your Subscription
Section titled “Canceling Your Subscription”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
Resuming a Canceled Subscription
Section titled “Resuming a Canceled Subscription”If you canceled but your billing period hasn’t ended:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Resume Subscription
- Your subscription continues as normal
Understanding Usage Limits

Viewing Your Usage

- Scroll to the Usage section
- See each metric’s current usage vs. limit
- Visual progress bars show percentage used
Usage Indicators

Usage Reset
Section titled “Usage Reset”- Monthly metrics (detections, API calls) reset on your billing date
- Count metrics (properties, domains, decoys) don’t reset—they’re cumulative
Viewing Invoices and Payment History
Section titled “Viewing Invoices and Payment History”Accessing Invoices
Section titled “Accessing Invoices”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to the Invoices section
- View a list of all past invoices
Invoice Information
Section titled “Invoice Information”Each invoice shows:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
- Download link (PDF)
Downloading Invoices
Section titled “Downloading Invoices”- Find the invoice in the list
- Click the Download PDF link
- Save the invoice for your records
Managing Payment Methods
Section titled “Managing Payment Methods”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Payment Methods or access the Stripe Portal
- In the Stripe portal, you can:
- Add new credit/debit cards
- Set a default payment method
- Remove old payment methods
Failed Payments
Section titled “Failed Payments”If a payment fails:
- Email notification sent to your account email
- Retry attempts made automatically over several days
- Update payment in Settings → Billing to resolve
- Grace period: Service continues during retry period
- Suspension: After multiple failures, account becomes read-only
Billing FAQs
Section titled “Billing FAQs”Common Questions
Section titled “Common Questions”Q: Can I get a refund? A: Contact support within 30 days of purchase for refund requests.
Q: How does proration work? A: When upgrading mid-cycle, you’re charged only for the remaining days at the new rate. You’re credited for unused time on the old plan.
Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual? A: Yes, through the Stripe Billing Portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and some debit cards.
Q: Do you offer discounts? A: Annual plans save ~20%. Contact sales for non-profit or educational discounts.
Q: Can I have multiple subscriptions? A: Each organization has one subscription. Create multiple organizations for separate billing.
